The Terme di Boario is a specialized center for the recovery of motory and neurological trauma.

Besides the traditional treatments and under medical prescription, Terme di Boario offers active and passive physical training in equipped thermal swimming-pools. The therapeutic exercises in water often offer a higher benefit then the classic treatments because of the lower time needed for recovery. The therapeutic exercises in water are based on the principle that the body immersed in water losses its weight due to the hydrostatic effect. The motory and neurological stimulation coming from this involves not only a specific part or muscle, but the whole body.
