Hydropinic therapy

The water is to be drunk at specific temperatures, pace and times. The therapy is defined by the doctor in the center in accordance to specific needs of each person.

• Each glass of water (200cc) has to be sipped in at least 10 – 15 minutes; it is advisable to walk during the drinking phase;
• The waiting time between drinking phases has to be around 10 minutes;
• Breakfast is due after 30 minutes from the last drinking phase in the morning.
